Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable, however, in order to accommodate all clients, cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance of the appointment time can be subject to a $25 cancellation fee (unless you have had an emergency).  I appreciate as much advance notice of a schedule change as possible.

Late Policy

Your massage session is scheduled for either a half hour, a full hour, or an hour and a half.   Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so we can discuss your goals for your treatment.  Since clients are scheduled throughout the day, your session will need to end on time regardless of whether we start late.  If you arrive a bit late and no client is scheduled immediately after you, we will be able to complete your treatment.  However, if the schedule does not permit time overages, it is up to you whether you prefer to receive a shortened session or pay the cancellation fee and reschedule.

Please allow an extra 15 minutes for your first appointment so you can complete a Client Intake Form which includes questions about your medical history, current health conditions, etc. -- this information helps me create a treatment based on your exact specifications.
